We also showed a Research To Do List. We like to use Excel for our list and here's a copy of the basic setup that we like to use:
If you insert extra lines between the green lines then you can add you own research to do list. We have set this up so that you can filter by any of the columns. That means that you can then create a list of research to do in a specific place or repository or see what you need to research on a specific surname. If you don't know how to use Filters in Excel then sign up to our newsletter (there's a sign up box at the bottom of each page on our website) and we'll send out a tutorial in there in the next couple of weeks.
